The US Sailing Small Boat Level 1 Sailing Instructor Certification Course is designed to provide sailing instructors with information on how to teach more safely, effectively, and creatively. The course fee includes a one-year membership with US Sailing, a course book, a 50+ page student packet designed specifically for our program, and an official log book. There is a $25.00 fee payable to ASI for the test plus the additional cost of US Sailing certification (payable directly to US Sailing). Certifications are not themselves a goal.

This Learn to Sail program guides you through seven levels of courses where you will accumulate skills and experience with each certification. Five-Day Course Schedule .
