When I did it I couldn't see the other end, so I used a hand held GPS to get the alignment about right and then gently nudged it till the signal was strongest.I see their is a pole mount option that supports tilt. If you are dealing with a single location, a small office or home network, autonomous mode is recommended. I have always used the autonomous software image for APs to bridge. Console into the AP using the management interface. Client A associates with the root bridge and Client B associates with the non-root bridge.

Like Philip, I have used bridge links running several miles.

Conditions: If you move factory=local, convert to bridge ..AP moves to local ( incorrect behaviour ) Similarly if you move factory=bridge, convert to local, AP moves to bridge (incorrect behaviour). From wlc able to configure bridge mode. Mobility Express does NOT support this. You can supposedly do Mesh mode though as long as you have a controller. I have not used the 1562, but I'm thinking your target of 20mb/s is perhaps a little optimistic... but maybe not.
