They have a huge range of brands to choose from which was amazing as I wanted a one off custom build!Needed to change a mudguard which was rubbing on the tyre. Popped into Barham on Saturday as after a 20 year break I’m just getting back into cycling and needed a new helmet . Extremely pleased with purchase from Biketart.

Called initially to enquire about stock availability and delivery times, and they went out of their way to check out and quickly followed up clearly and honestly. Biketart is a large retail and online bike store formed in 2008. Good ordering process, prompt delivery, all good. The website said both the products were in stock, but when it hadn't been dispatched for 4 days I emailed them and asked why and they said one of them wasn't in stock.

Great service, item exactly as described, no complaints Ordered a bike that was (and still is) shown in stock with next day delivery so was expecting it to arrive in one or two days but it didn't.

Biketart is an online and retail bike store stocking quality MTB and road bikes, clothing, components and accessories. We have two stores in Kent and are staffed by helpful and enthusiastic riders who are happy to help you with anything. Their focus is on mountain bikes, but they also provide road bikes, frames, electric bikes, hybrid bikes, city bikes, kids bikes and even bike frames. When I contacted them was told that the bike was not in stock and had to be ordered and their own website was wrong. We have a large workshop on site for all repairs. Biketart have been fab. Bought a beautiful copper bike bell. We have a large showroom in the countryside amongst the area's best mountain bike trails. It was my first time on a bike for many years so I began my adventure feeling slightly nervous. We had a great day cycling and canoeing down the (very beautiful) river. Biketart: Great hire of electric bikes! I've only started using them recently, good prices , the free delivery service was good enough but there is an option to pay for a faster service, definitely using them again. We would highly recommend Biketart! They are super comfy but feel very well made. We are independently owned and want to give you a great experience with us.

Gabs was a tremendous help as he communicated to us with this rental from the States. From the moment I first made contact with Biketart I was helped with maps, safety kit and sound advice, all delivered with enthusiasm and good humour. They also carry gravel, travel and adventure bikes from Genesis and Rondo. Thank you - will use again
